Calling on homeowners and apartment communities should be fun and light hearted! A "NO" only gets you closer to your destination. Also, when you receive a "NO", that does not mean that you cannot network with the community. They may not need you right now, but your company should be at the top of their mind if they ever think of corporate rentals, AirBnb or displaced residents. Take it from someone that has worked in the Fire & Life Safety industry for the past 10 years!
